JIM SAUNDERS, Calgary, Alberta – Executive Chairman of the Board
Mr. Saunders is the founder of Twin Butte and was the Company’s Chairman from its recapitalization in 2006 to 2008, C.E.O from 2008 to 2015, and was appointed Executive Chairman of the Board in March 2015. Mr. Saunders, a 1982 graduate in Engineering from the University of New Brunswick, brings over 30 years of diversified technical and managerial experience to the position and has previously been President and C.E.O. of three successful, growth oriented public junior oil and gas companies. Mr. Saunders is Chairman of Savanna Energy Services Corp. as well as a Director of RMP Energy Inc.

DAVID M. FITZPATRICK, Calgary, Alberta – Lead Director
Mr. Fitzpatrick is currently a Director and Chairman of Twin Butte Energy Ltd.  From 1996 to 2007, Mr. Fitzpatrick served as President, C.E.O., Director and co-founder of Shiningbank Energy Income Fund which started with a $53 million IPO and production of 2,800 boepd and grew to 25,000 boepd before being sold for $1.7 billion.  Prior thereto, Mr. Fitzpatrick was Chief Operating Officer and Senior VP Corporate Development & Gas Marketing at Serenpet Inc. from 1992 to 1996.  Mr. Fitzpatrick received his Bachelor of Science in Geological Engineering from Queen’s Unviersity in 1981 and completed the Queen’s Executive Program in 1994.

JIM BROWN, Calgary, Alberta – Director
Mr. Brown, and independent director, was formerly Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of Elk Valley Coal Partnership and Fording Canadian Coal Trust, a position he was appointed to in October 2005. He has 28 years experience in the oil & gas industry, the past ten years as Chief Financial Officer with High Point Resources Inc., Dorset Exploration Ltd., Richland Petroleum Inc., and Terraquest Energy Inc. Mr. Brown is a director of Culane Energy Inc., and Calgary Handi-Bus Association. He is a member of Financial Executives International Canada, and has served as President of both Calgary and Regina chapters. Mr. Brown holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary and is a Chartered Accountant. Mr. Brown serves as chairman of the audit committee.

JOHN BRUSSA, Calgary, Alberta – Director
John Brussa holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Windsor and is Vice Chairman, a senior partner and head of the tax department at the Calgary-based energy law firm of Burnet, Duckworth & Palmer LLP. He is a director of a number of public companies including Baytex Energy Corp. (heavy oil and conventional production), Just Energy Group Inc. (gas marketing) and he is the Chairman of Crew Energy Inc. (oil and gas exploration and production). John is a past governor of the Canadian Tax Foundation and is a director or trustee of a number of charitable and non-profit organizations.

THOMAS (TOM) GRESCHNER, Calgary, Alberta – Director
Mr. Greschner was most recently Chairman, President & CEO with Emerge Oil and Gas. Previous to this he was Vice President, Production at Galleon Energy Inc. from its inception in 2003 until June 2007, where production grew from 0 to 14,000 BOED within 4 years, and market cap. from $10,000,000 to over $1,000,000,000. Mr. Greschner was Production Manager at KeyWest Energy Corporation from September 2001 until its sale in 2003, where production grew from 2,000 to 8,800 BOED in less than 2 years. He also held positions with Husky, Renaissance and Petro-Canada. Mr. Greschner has 28 years of technical experience in production operations, drilling & completions, facility & pipeline construction and health, safety & environment.

WARREN STECKLEY, Calgary, Alberta – Director
Mr. Steckley is an independent businessman with over 35 years of experience in the oil & gas industry. He is currently a director of Eagle Energy Trust, and was most recently President, Chief Operating Officer and Director of Barnwell of Canada, Limited. Mr. Steckley is a Professional Engineer with a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alberta, and in addition holds a Masters of Business Administration, also from the University of Alberta.

BILL TRICKETT, Calgary, Alberta – Director
Mr. Trickett has 39 years of experience in the oil and gas industry including over 20 years in executive capacities with a number of publicly traded companies, most recently as President and CEO of Buffalo Resources Corp. and its predecessor company Fogo Resources Inc. Mr. Trickett founded Fogo in 2002 and grew the company from 150 bopd to approximately 3000 bopd at the time of its recent amalgamation with Twin Butte Energy Ltd.  Prior to that he was the President and CEO of Morgan Hydrocarbons Inc., which during his tenure grew from 750 bopd in 1997 to approximately 23,000 bopd at the time it was acquired in late 1996. Mr. Trickett received a Bsc. From Memorial University of Newfoundland in 1968 and a Bsc. In Chemical Engineering from Dalhousie University in Nova Scotia in 1970.
